Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation & refund policies for international trade consulting services are designed to protect both the Consultant and the Client while ensuring fairness & transparency.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients can request to cancel the consulting service at any time before the scheduled consultation begins.
The cancellation request should be made in writing (email or formal letter) and addressed to the consultant or the consulting firm.
If the consultant needs to cancel or reschedule the consultation for any reason, they will notify the client as early as possible and propose an alternative time or provide a full refund.
Refund Policy:
Full Refund: If the client cancels the consulting service before any consultation has taken place, they are entitled to a full refund of the consulting fees paid.
Partial Refund: If the client cancels the consulting service after one or more consultations have taken place, the consultant will calculate the refund based on the number of consultations completed and the remaining unused consultations. A reasonable administrative fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
No Refund: Once all consulting services have been provided, or if the consulting process has been substantially completed, no refund will be issued.
Discontinuation of Services by Consultant:
In the rare event that the consultant is unable to continue providing the consulting service due to unforeseen circumstances or other valid reasons, the consultant will refund the client for any consultations that have been paid for but not yet delivered.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
The refund process will be initiated within a reasonable time frame after the cancellation request is approved or in accordance with the terms mentioned above.
Exceptions:
No refunds will be provided if the client is dissatisfied with the outcome or results of the consulting service. The consultant's role is to provide expert advice & guidance, and the success of the client's international trade endeavors ultimately depends on various external factors beyond the consultant's control.
Amendments to Policy:
The consultant reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation & refund policy at their discretion. Clients will be informed in advance of any changes.
